Etched number A1042000163. FRC247. CIC- 6 10. ???
The mechanism works but is stiff, however the small arm (see photo) is detached and prevents the window from fully closing unless I push it out of the way with my finger.

Hello,

The small arm should connect to one of the long arms as shown in the image of our 39-462 below. Since it is broken, I would recommend replacing the entire assembly. Take a look and compare the specifications to your operator. Thanks for posting!
