several windows have bad hardware . the large spiral screw keeps coming out of the seat
need help identifying the part

Thanks for posting. When that worm gear pops out, it does mean the entire casement operator should be replaced. You may have the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators, but compare the dimensions with your old hardware. Let me know if anything differs at all. For new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L.
