Thanks for reaching out! The casement operator cover you have here appears to be the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover. The handle you have is no longer made but it can be replaced with the 39-114L Crank Handle.

The third piece you have pictured here is the worm gear that helps to move the arm(s) on the operator. Since this has been completely stripped from the operator, you'll need to replace the entire mechanism. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be repaired.

That said, the recommended cover and crank handle are compatible with a few different styles of operators we carry. I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to identify the correct replacement. I am looking to see a photo of the base/body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash.

Thanks for the photos. It is a bit difficult to tell from the angle the photos were taken from but I believe you'll need the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator; its opposite handed version is the 39-032. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
