Marvin casement hinge

A quick learner from New Hampshire, USA says:
I have Marvin casement windows, about 18 years old. The hinge falls apart when I'm closing the window.
You have 10-inch and 14-inch two-bar hinge sets. My sill and header plates are 12 inches.
What to do?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean when you reference a 12" header and sill plate. If you're referring to the base track of the hinge then we unfortunately only carry 10" and 14", which you've already reviewed.

If you can send us some photos of your windows and hinges for us to take a look at, that might help identify what you're working with and whether these parts can work.
