Marvin casement window crank

Question

I can open the casement window, however cannot close it.  It appears the crank is chipped or broken which is probably the reason I cannot close the window.

Hello, thanks for reaching out to SWISCO. We should be able to help with this, but we'll need a photo from a better view. If you could remove it or show us a bird's eye view from your open window, we should be able to have a better idea. Thanks!
