Marvin casement windows operator

Question

Looking for this part for a 10 years old Marvin casement window. The handle is a non folding handle (the new cranck have a folding handle. I am not sure if the cranks are the same or the older ones (the ones I have) are different.

On the arm it stamped: Truth 40754 R
