Marvin double-hung tilt out upper balance

I'm afraid we need a little more information, as that stamp only tells us the strength of the balance, not its identity, and Marvin windows can use a few different kinds of balances. Before we begin, I must note that there's a chance we won't be able to help. Marvin has exclusive rights to a number of their parts, including balances, and if you happen to have one of those items, you'll have to go to them directly. That said, there's a chance that it may be a generic kind of balance we can indeed supply, so best to be certain. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us pictures of any attachments on the top and bottom of the metal channel? That would help narrow down your possible options. Many thanks.
