Marvin tilt windows

Home Owner from Sussex, New Jersey

I have already repaired my casement window with your hardware, now I'm wondering if you have anything to fix my Marvin tilt windows. Attached are 4 pics where you can see the plastic tracks are carved away by the cord that attaches to the window. These windows pivot on the center of window frame. Since the cord in the windows have eaten through the plastic they no longer support the weight of the window. I hope I am explaining this correctly and that you can advise a solution. Thank you and Merry Christmas, Phil

I found a # between the glass panes reading "Malta 7 BO" if this helps. Thanks again, Phil

Hi there, Phil.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we'll be able to help with this. Marvin tends to have exclusive rights to their hardware which we aren't able to supply. To confirm, is it possible for us to see a photo of the shoe and balance removed from the window?
