Marvin window

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement balances to repair your Marvin windows. However, I'll need to see a photo of the balances, removed from the window to identify the correct replacement. Unfortunately, the stamp from the glass only provides information about the type of window you have, but it does not help to identify the balances used in the window.

I'll need to see any attachments on the top and bottom of the balance as well as any that could possibly be left behind in the window.
