Is this model number something you recognize and carry?

Hi, Keith. Unfortunately, that model number is related to the manufacturer and doesn't help us much here at SWISCO. Can you send some photos of your old crank, along with measurements of the arm/crank, and distance between the screw-holes? You can also take a look at our selection of casement operators and cranks to determine if you need a whole operator or just a crank handle.
