Marvin window dual arm crank operartor

Question

The crank just turns and will open but not close the window. Eventually the corkscrew will come dislodged.

Dimensions are 13 1/2" where it attaches to the window and the dual arm at its' widest before closing the window is approx. 25".

I believe this might be our 39-015, just go over the dimensions to confirm. For a new crank handle, use the 39-114L.
