I ordered a lever lock awning window operator for a Marvin window and it's close but wrong here are pictures of existing awning window operator . I need to order the right part asap. Thanks Scott

This old operator isn't made anymore so we don't have an exact match but take a look at our 39-069. Compare our dimensions with yours to see if this could work for you.
