Based on what I see here, I can verify that we don't sell an exact match for your old seal. This isn't a surprise, given that the brand is Marvin; they tend to have exclusive rights to their parts and will rarely (if ever) allow us to supply.
That said, you may not be totally out of luck. The design is awful close to our 58-170B and this may be worth considering. I can't guarantee it will work, but if I were the one servicing this window then it'd be the first one I try. I'd say there's a 50/50 shot.
If you have no luck with that, or if you think it's too different, then I'd suggest contacting Marvin directly and asking if they can supply you with this exact design.
