Marvin wood double hung window parts circa 1990

Thanks for posting. To recommend both pieces of hardware you are requesting, I'll need to see photos of them removed from the window to provide the best recommendation. I am unable to identify the replacements you'll need based on the part numbers, unfortunately.

In regard to the balance, I'll need to see photos of any attachments on the top and/or bottom of an undamaged balance or any that could be left behind in the window. I'll also need to know the stamp from the balance. For the weather strip, I'll need to see a photo of an end profile view of an undamaged piece of weather strip.
