Master Bathroom window operator???

Question

My Master Bathroom window (installed in 2004) is a casement that opens from the bottom. I need a new operator but the 3 11/16 width (as per the diagram showing measurements) of the unit is too wide, mine is more like 2 3/4. What part number do I need?

I can't get a good look at this operator based on these photos. You should remove the operator completely to get a better look. However, it does look like the 39-099 could be a possible match. If you want, remove the operator from your window and send us some photos along with the dimensions. Maybe then we can better identify your part.
