Mastic Window Glass has Fogged

Question

We have Mastic windows from 27 years ago. We have 3 windows that have the seal broken and are fogged up. Could we replace just part of the window. Thanks

You should be able to just replace the glass pane. My recommendation is to contact a local glass shop for assistance. They should (hopefully) be able to set you up with new panes that they can seal into the sash frame.
