Mastic Window Parts
We may have the parts you need, but I can't identify them based on these photos. I'll go over what additional information is necessary.
- For the lock, I need you to tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center.
- For the pivot bar, I need a clear photo of it removed.
- For the pivot shoe, I also need a photo of it removed, and I need to know its width and thickness.
Please ensure that all dimensions are written out in your response as precisely as possible. A photo of a tape measure is not sufficient for our purposes.
Lock fastener spacing 2”
Pivot bar is 2.5” long with fasteners approximately 5/8”.. Photos included.
Pivot shoe I think we can address/purchase later. We’ll start with locks and pivot bars.
Thanks for getting back to us. We unfortunately don't sell a replacement lock with that hole spacing. Can you verify? Please make sure to only measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. If you're confident in that measurement then it's not something we can provide for you.
Regarding the pivot bar, we have quite a few that resemble this, but have different hole placements. Start with our 26-444, which looks closest to me. Take note of the position of each hole center relative to the front tip. As long as at least one matches, it should work.
