Hi we have a customer that we cleaned their windows, they are double hung Mastic Windows that fold out. We have one window that after tilting it out, cleaning it and putting it back up , the window is hard to open and close. I have attached pictures of the mechanism, I am hoping replacing the mechanism will fix the problem. Can you let me know the part I need to order.

What you're showing here is a picture of a balance terminal clip and part of a pivot shoe. Did you need the balance or the pivot shoe? If the issue is that the window struggles to open then it may be either. You'll need to check the condition of both to verify.
In either case, we will need clearer photos to determine the appropriate match. I will need a photo of the full balance or a photo of the full pivot shoe, each without obstruction, in order to make a suggestion. You'll also want to take measurements now for the sake of comparison later.
