Thanks for your post! Your Mastic window lock reminds me of either the 90-077A Window Lock with Alignment Lugs (used with the 90-177 keeper) or the 90-180 Window Sash Lock (used with the 90-183 keeper).

Take a look over each of the diagrams below to determine which of these might be the best fit for your sash repair.
