Mastic window part replacement

A home owner from 41071 says:
Hi- I'm looking for these parts that allow the window (Mastic windows I believe) to stay open when lifted. The grey pieces are quite corroded and brittle (the one pictured has fallen apart), and the tan sliding parts are usually worn as well.

Hello!

The style of your pivot bar reminds me of something like our 26-316 or 26-457. I can't get a good look at your pivot shoe but you can start by taking a look at our 15-175 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to an undamaged version of your hardware to see if these parts match up.
