Mastic window replacement parts

A home owner from Bristol, PA says:
Hi there! We have Mastic tilt windows (most seem to be from 1996). We have figured out that we have 5/8 spiral balances in our windows but are unsure of what shoes we need. All shoes in our windows seem to have a red piece of plastic in them and a piece of metal on the top.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I can't be certain what pivot shoe you need without seeing the pivot shoe removed from the window. Could you take a picture of it removed, and also could you provide the width and thickness of the shoe? We should be able to narrow down what you need then. Thanks.

A home owner from Bristol, PA says:
Hi Bob,

We will try to remove one of the shoes tonight. In the meantime, here is a picture of a replacement shoe that is in one of the windows. Maybe that will help? The dimensions of the shoes are: 1 1/2 width, 2 1/8 height, 5/8 deep. Will follow up with shoe out of window. Thanks for your help! Was really relieved when we found your site. I was scared we'd have to buy all new windows!
