Thank you for posting! Those measurements are perfectly presented, however we believe this latch is discontinued and no longer available. You may want to consider substituting with a surface-mount latch like our 26-228 and 26-229. Check them out and see what you think. You will need to redrill holes, so make sure to be very careful.
