Mastic window slides

Question

Long shot here, been a while since anyone posted. I to just got a house and have some mastic windows and some of the slides that help open the tilt windows have broken off. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for your post! We do not have this exact thumb lever, or its compatible latch, but there is a replacement solution that will work for your repairs. It involves using the 26-228 and 26-299 to convert the sash to one that uses surface mounted latches.

If the dimensions are not a match for the top of the sash, there are also an assortment of tilt latches that will work for this solution as well. Take a look at our video tutorial below for a detailed explanation.
