Match external handle and lock

I have a new set of doors and I need some door handles and a lock for it. I have another set of doors with a current set of handles and would like to match as close to this as possible. What does Swisco have that can match this 4 15/16 hole pattern external locking handle?

Hello there. The 82-082 has the same locking clamp and hole spacing. Also see the 82-009A. I think either of these handle sets could work for you.
