It looks like you have an older-style spiral balance assembly. They aren't made with the bracket attached to the end of the spiral anymore but either the S400-21 or S500-21 spiral balance could work for you, depending on the diameter of the tube needed.

These balances are not made with a diameter of 1/2", so I would recommend double-checking to confirm if you need the 3/8" or 5/8" balance tube. The white tip is also part of an outdated weight system, so you'll need to weigh your window sash to follow the chart under the balance product description, which will indicate the correct color option for your replacements.
