Matching existing Channel Balance

Question

Hi,

I need to replace a channel balance - the only marking I can see reads "25 5 IS CALDWELL". After reviewing the site, I'm pretty sure that I need a 26" Series 385 channel Balance.

I'd appreciate any input.

At first glance, your balance does in fact look like our S385-26 channel balance. You just want to confirm the depth of your bottom balance shoe to be 1-3/32". If everything matches up, then you can go with the 2550 option that holds a sash weight of 25-28 pounds.
