Hello,
Thanks for posting! Based on the information provided you should be able to use our Series 160 coil spring for your project. You should be able to use this with a 15-191 pivot shoe which closely resembles the one in your images.  These items can be supported with a 15-150S coil spring cover. To ensure these replacements will fit for your window we strongly suggest reviewing the dimensions of the product. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
