Maxim Dual Arm Operator, Left-Handed

Home Owner from Emerald Isle, NC
I need to replace the operators for the casement windows for my house which is in a coastal environment. I believe the operator pictured is a left-handed Maxim dual arm operator. Is that correct? If so, I believe the Encore series replaces that. If I have that correct, a few questions:

1. Are the screw holes for the sill mount in the same location?

2. Since the Encore doesn't come with a cover, will the new covers match the same opening size as the Maxim? In particular, will the covers with folding handles work/fit?

3. Will the existing Snap-Stud brackets work with the new operators or should I replace them as well?

From what I can see in your photos, I agree that your windows use one of the Encore-style operators shown in the video below, which replaced the old-style Maxim cranks. The primary difference would be the track slider used at the end of the long arm that connects to the sash track.

Both operator pairs use the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with cover kits. The original stud brackets should work with the new parts as long as they are still in good condition. Thanks for posting!
