Hi, Customer is requesting the parts that she pointed out for her Mayfair window. Can you please provide part availability and cost?

Looks like you need new snap in glazing, but I'm not sure. If you are, I will need you to remove a small sample and show us a clear picture of its end profile. In the meantime, I recommend looking through our entire selection here. If you cannot find a match, you should at least get a good idea of what kind of information we'll need.
