Measure spiral window balance

Hello!

To determine the length, you want to measure only the outer tube. We'd be happy to help identify what you may have but this balance is too damaged. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version? What we'd like to see specifically is a close-up shot of the extended inner spiral tip along with any brackets or attachments.
