I'm not certain what your question is, but based on your photos I assume you're looking for a new patio glass door handle. If so, see our 82-030. I feel confident this will work for your door.

I'm confused on the hole spacing? Is 3 15/16 the distance between each screw hole?

Correct, it looks like your original installation holes are closer to 5-1/2" apart, meaning you'd need to drill new installation holes for the 82-030 to work for you. If you decide to go that route, just be careful not to hit the glass in your door when drilling new holes. Thanks for posting!
