Measuring for window weatherstripping

A home owner from Smyrna, Georgia says:
Need to replace the weatherstripping on my Windows. It has become brittle and falling apart. Sending photos of what is on there but not sure which size to order. You have two the .270 T-slot or the .187 T-slot filled bulb weather seal. Can you tell by the photos I sent which one. What is your return policy?

The length and the diameter of the stripping is 3/8 in.
