Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry! Your casement operators are an older ROTO operator; this style has been discontinued. The good news is that our 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Casement Operators can be used to replace them.

Please be mindful, you will need to hold onto the link arm to install the replacement. Unfortunately, we do not carry the replacements and I'm not sure they are made any longer.
