Cap that holds the window lift spring down. Pictures show one still intact and another that is broken.

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears that you are in need of a new top sash guide. To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see a face view of the undamaged guide on the top side of the window. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can supply the correct fit. Thank you!
