Medal clip

Question

Medal clip keeps slipping off control arm pin. We keep putting clip on and it keeps falling off every time open window. Do we need new part or is there another way to fix?

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-329 and 39-330 Roto operators used with the 39-553 and 39-554 brackets. Based on your description, I'm not confident that your original hardware can be repaired but if the bracket is the issue and is slipping off of the stud at the end of the operator link arm, you can just replace that part and reuse the rest of the operator hardware.
