Medallion Windows (1994) plastic part replacements

Question

Hello. I am looking for two plastic parts that are in my home windows. The brand is Medallion, and the windows were installed in 1994. Considering their age, the windows are in excellent condition (no fogging, frame fading or cracking, etc.) but some of the plastic parts have succumbed to constant UV exposure and are badly degraded or broken.

I have attached photos of the items needing replacement. They are a window lock slide (see photos Slide 1 and Slide 2) and an external block that stops the window from going down too far in the frame (see block 1 and block 2). The photos have rulers aligned with the parts to give an idea of size.

I also have STL files for these same parts that I created a few years back in case 3D printing is my only option, but I would prefer to buy factory replacement parts if possible.

Can you please tell me if you have or have access to:

14 slide locks

28 blocks

And if so what would be the cost.

If you do not have them, do you do 3d printing? If so, what would be the cost for that in those quantities.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the hardware shown here and I'm afraid we don't do 3D printing, unfortunately. Your best option may be to contact the original manufacturer of the window if you haven't already. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
