I need two medicind cabinet hinges.  See picture for model and serial number

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't carry this exact cabinet hinge, and it may no longer be made. See the 32-343, 32-353 or 32-345. See if one of these hinges might work as a substitute. See what you think.
