Medicine cabinet hinge, mounted to shelf, not side

Please help find this hinge, looks like it is offset 90 degrees,it is used on a 3 mirror medicine cabinet, only marking is H11

Unfortunately, we do not carry any cabinet hinges with the same orientation as the one shown in your photos but you are welcome to look through our selection here.
