Thanks for posting! The part of the window you are looking to replace is the glazing bead. There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the end profile view of an undamaged piece of your glazing to make the best recommendation. You'll also need to have it removed to compare the dimensions.

Once replaced, you'll need to make sure the sash lock is unlocked when opening and closing the window. It looks as though the hook is tearing into the glazing bead.
