The part number above fit but had to drill new holes. Picture is the original hinge that I am looking for

Hello,
I don't believe Mepla hinges are still available, or at least I could not find a source for them. That being said, take a look at the 32-345 wrap-around hinge that gets mounted to the side cabinet support. Thanks for posting!
