Melpa Cabinet Hinge replacement needed

Question

I have a Melpa Cabinet Hinge that I need to find the right replacement parts for.The number off the part that broke on one of my hinges - 346.290.88.00The part with the arm and bucket 664.265.53.20The part that connects the hinge to the base first listed part number - 591.390.64.00Can someone help me out with compatibale replacement part. I've tried all the ones and Lowes and Home Depot and none of them fit correctly. Leave a huge gap instead of closing flush.
