Mepla 2035/572 undermount roller drawer slide

20 year old cabinets. One drawer was exposed to water and drawer slide on one side is rusted.

Pictures are of:
1.) drawer slide piece that attaches to drawer itself. Mate of the piece that is rusted.
2.) image of how the part not attached to the drawer attaches to the back of the cabinet.
3.) image of how the part not attached to the drawer attaches to the front of the cabinet.

Any suggestions for a drawer slide that would work?
