We have come across this Mepla hinge in the past. I believe another manufacturer purchased the company, so I'm not sure if this exact part is still available. We carry the Blum hinges, which are similar but not exact. We can't make any guarantees but take a look at the 32-343 and 32-345 to see if either of these could work on your cabinets.
