Dear Sir/ Madam:
I have had several of the base plates for my cabinet hinges break recently... could you please help me to identify the proper replacement part (I would prefer not to replace the hinge, but only the base plate)?
The base plate has the following number cast into the plate- 596.290.91.00
The adjustment mechanism has the following number stamped on the bottom- 2D-UT 06-04
The adjustment mechanism has the following number cast into it on the top- 2D4
For your information I have also included pictures of the Mepla Hinges (have a marking of- 220- M (on the mount) and 135 (on the hinge itself) and 591.390.64.00 (on the mounting bracket)
