Mepla Replacement Hinge

Do you think there is a newer model for the following hinge (serial number 651.000.34.00), or do we need to get new cabinets?

This is a weird one. I'm afraid I've never seen anything like this before. We carry a number of cabinet hinges which you can view here, but I'm not sure what could work in this instance. Look over our selection and see what you think.
