Thanks for posting. We don't have any exact replacement for the Mepla hinges you have pictured, however, our 32-343 and 32-345 may be worth considering. 

The mounting holes are likely not a match but you may still be able to adapt them to your cabinet to replace the existing hinges. Our senior experts have used these hinges on other replacements and ended up having to make new holes each time. Take a look and see what you think.
