Mepla acc 140 discontinued

Need to replace this hinge. The dowl holes are slightly in a different position. Will the concealed hinge help or something else

Unfortunately, we do not carry n exact match for your original hinge but it's similar in design to our 32-349. We also offer the 32-340, 32-346, and 32-344 that you could consider, though they aren't quite as close. I cannot be sure if any of these options will work but look them over and see what you think.
