We do not carry Mepla hinges and I'm not sure they are still available. Looking at your photos your hinge kind of reminds me of the 32-346, which is used on Bi-Fold type cabinet doors. Take a look at that hinge as well as the regular 32-349 to see if you can adapt either of these to your cabinet.
