The two hole, larger pocket plate is cast marked in each pocket , one side, 2 is cast, the other 698.256. 53. 00 .
The hinge swing side is stamped 510. 356. 00. 13

Take a look at our 32-345 hinge. I think this could work for you as a replacement, but let me know what you think.
