Thanks for posting. I can't confidently cross-reference that code to any particular hinge in our database, but based on past cases our best bet would probably be either the 32-340 or 32-349. Exact replacements or hinges are tough to come by since many are no longer made, but compare these two options to your old hinge and see if one of these might work for you. If you're unsure, please send us photos of your old hardware and we'll see if we can match something better.
